there is difference between unemployed and unemployable. Indian engineers are unemployed but not unemployable. US, Europe, Japan etc's brain is Indian born engineers. We produce highest number of engineers. So, this statement is completely wrong....

Myilavan I don't think students become lazy, because they seem they have achieved something. The major reason is they are unemployed and they are looking for opportunities. That does not mean they are lazy, they are patiently looking for the...

Well said sonia, manual testing is always the best and most satisfying way of testing. In automated testing we will be able to test only to some extent. But it is not the case in manual testing, we can test everything.
Teddy Jacob  |  Argues in support of  "Manual Testing"  |  3 years ago
I believe both has its pros and cons: Manual testing has problems like what is type of exposure that person has towards the project, which will in-turn lead to foregoing couple of errors an automated testing does not have to worry about this it...

18 Ways to improve your body Language    # 1. Don’t cross your arms or legs – You have probably already heard you shouldn’t cross your arms as it might make you seem defensive or guarded. This goes for your legs too. Keep your arms and legs open. 2. Have eye contact, but don’t stare – If there are several people you are talking to, give them all some eye contact to create a better connection and see if they are listening. Keeping too much eye-contact might creep people out. Giving no eye-contact might make you seem insecure. 3. Don’t be afraid to take up some space – Taking up space by for example sitting or standing with your legs apart a bit signals self-confidence and that you are comf...

Both are important in it's own place. Before any automated testing one round of manual testing is recomemded to filter out the basic bugs. More over Manual Testing is followed in more places in this industry.

Test Automation - everyone wants to use it but not many are ready to pay for it. Rarely does automation result in cost savings in the short term and as such most efforts for test automation are percieved as failures. As such it is really important to have a proper framework for assessing the feasibility of test automation for a particular project. A couple of points I like to consider in the automation fesaibility are  1. Longetivity of the application : Test automation would only be benefitial in applications which are there for the long haul i.e have a shelf life of atleast 3 years plus. 2. Stability : There are some applications which do have a long term life but are subject to major int...
