Attend telephone calls for team members in their absence, take and relay messages, respond to requests for information. Coordinate appointments, meetings, screen/greet visitors if necessary and handle other routine jobs on behalf of the associates. Feed in Elite system for time sheet, billing etc. on behalf of team members. Monitor bills processing, accounts payables and receivables on behalf of team members. Managing all types of the stationary requirements including business cards for the team from time to time. Liaise with other Departments - cashier/ concierge service on behalf of the team members. Submit vouchers and follow up with the cashier for re-imbursement on behalf of the team members. Inform admin/ housekeeping/ pantry/ reception etc. about late meetings or on a holiday.
