Where is seriousness in colleges. Seriousness develops when one is about to leave the college campus, say, three months before his / her exit. In the hindsight, if they look back their journey, all their joy / enjoyment take backseat and what...

I think to cover the skill gap what should be done is to impart knowledge right from the college level for the corporate world. students should be exposed to the practical world along with the knowledge imparted. They should be give various training...

I agree with you sir. You dont feel stressed when you are doing something which you like.
KRITI A BHATNAGAR  |  Supported idea  |  1 year ago
I think enjoying our work is most important. If one enjoys what he/she does I think we can avoid stress during workload. If we think this is what we are here for. That doesn't mean we should be always overloaded. But to avoid stress we should enjoy our...

its a yes and no from my side. MBA gives one added advantage. But the one who is not an MBA has experience about what one learns in MBA. The person might have taken 5 years to reach that postion where as an MBA would reach the same position in 2 years....

I don't agree...An MBA degree is at best a degree which due to its expensiveness and academic entry barriers attracts the top 5% of the students who are generally good in disciplined academics. The HR fraternity mistakenly thinks because they...

 Old Employees
Nisha Agarwal Agarwal  |  Argues in support of  "New Generation Workforce"  |  1 year ago
As you have rightly said, "Employees of new generation bring new ideas & creativity.....but old employees are like the backbone of the company" more over old employees have had rich exposure. So we need a combination of both.
KRITI A BHATNAGAR  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
I think both are equally important to maintain a balance in work culture. New generation has original and innovative minds where as old employees have experience. new generation various ideas and old employees havve the ways to implement those ideas.
Renne Sharma  |  Argues in support of  "Old Employees"  |  1 year ago
In my opinion old employees should get at-least 1% advantage over the new generation workforce. Companies should be humble towards their old employees treat them as they used to do in the absence of new employees. There should be no bias...
