As the promoter and CEO of Aadithyaa Resorts lakeside for the past 3 yrs in operation and 8yrs since we framed the idea,i can say things had been very tough,un predictable,demanding ,slow growth-and at the same time creative and uniqueness got built up in the tough race.As we all know only values,priorities and vision will hold any new ventures during tough economic scenarios.Recession definiteley did its part,but we see brighter days ahead.Beeing a new location it had become a job for us to make the spot known,tried,and tested by various groups and segmenting the customers was done with a larger margin width.The general format was to get hold of repeated customers with flexible planning and offers which was targetted directly to that market group with minimum of publicity related expenses.We heavily depend on the "word of mouth" and is alert and sensitive.As a civil Engineer in Pvt: practise since 1985,i see marketing a product which you made -Thrilling,Creative and social.Regards.Ashok kumar
