I would always say that a man works more for recognition, and if he achieves that the money will come automatically .. so if the organization gives an employee the accountability and Recognition he deserves a below average salary will also not make...

I think higher responsibility without salary and vice-versa never works. It has to be a perfect balance of both. The intelligent would take up the higher responsibility, add few stars on their CV and then move on to the next Best offer of better...

They should not allow account portability as this will create more confusion to the already big mess. Imagine a situation where one bank ensure that all its NPA's are transferred to another bank ... the risk of bankruptcies will go up . KYC issues may...
