 Project – Planned project completion through data presentation & approval of top authorities, delegation of works to subordinates, regular monitoring.

Productivity   - Productivity & efficiency improvement through optimum utilisation of resources by visualized world class manufacturing system.

Quality – Production must but quality first is my prime aim through maintaining of standards & systems

Cost  - Cost control through approved budgeted, planned & transparent purchasing, optimum utilsation of resources, VA-VE activity & regular monitoring.

Delivery – On time deliveries without any damages through JIT

Moral – Moral up through training, retraining & multi skilling, friendly & measurable working environment.

Safety – Through training, identification of risk zones & system implementation of ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000.

Product Development  Development of components as per drg or reverse engineering. ECNs implementations Coordinating with R&D for understanding their technical requirements and facilitating the internal departments for finalising specifications, designing new products APQP & PPAP Sign Off.

Interacting with vendors for product functioning and improving quality by providing design support and cost reduction.

Process Engineering   Designing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations and enhance operational efficiency. Analysing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency. Time & motion study, cycle time study

I was responsible for :-

Quality System Implementation & Inspection

Monitoring adherence to quality systems in compliance with ISO quality standards, TS 16949, EMS 14001 and maintaining requisite documents.

Implementing quality systems / procedures in the organization to ensure zero defect products; involved in inspecting final parts being processed in plant during development.

I was responsible for :-

In process quality, Customer feedback recieving & proper response & analysis os root cause of any issues.

I was responsible for -

PM of toll & dies, brakedown maint. of tool & dies.
