I think pay is fixed on the skill levels of employees. Low pay for lower skills and higher pay for higher skill levels. The only way to raise wages is to improve skill levels and rise up in an organization. This is economics. I remember a story I...

UPA Relief on 2G Case The United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government got some major relief on February 4, just days before the first phase of polling for the Uttar Pradesh assembly polls, as Special Judge O. P. Saini dismissed Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy’s petition seeking to make Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram a co-accused in the 2G spectrum allocation scam. The court’s verdict has provided some succor to the government, which was acutely embarrassed this week by the Supreme Court’s cancellation of 122 2G spectrum licenses issued in 2008 by the then-Telecom Minister A. Raja. The latest verdict is a distinct boost for a government that has been mired in corruption scandal...

Well said Mr. Vinay. Sporadic incidents do happen now and then. For that we cant blame the entire institution(s). Let us repose confidence in the system for the country sake.

Most of these rules are implied with a tag called "immoral" .. why?? Why can't a woman work. If you are talking about their security then shouldn't you impose rules which take care of their security instead taking away the freedom??

It usually takes us much longer to change our moods than we’d like it to take. Here are ten things you can do in ten minutes or less that will have a positive emotional effect on you and those you love. 1. Watch 'The Last Lecture' by Randy Pausch. See it online at Oprah.com. This is a deeply moving segment that may be the best ten minutes you've ever invested in front of a computer. 2. Spend a little while watching the sunset with your mate. Nothing extra is necessary. Just sit and take in the natural beauty of the sky and appreciate being able to share it with the one you love. 3. Sit quietly by yourself. It doesn't really matter where or when. Just let your feelings bubble up and then exp...
