Achievements: Was instrumental in planning and executing the entire VM setup for almost 90 new stores across south India. Successfully opened the new stores on time with all VM inputs as per the company standards. Spearheaded the initiative to make the VM team creatively self sufficient, cost effective and to function independently. Been a part of a successful team which has won the companys first BEST VM IDEA award.. Designed and standardized the new store opening VM docket got circulated across India. Independently handled the planning, designing and execution of more. outlets with new model across AP stores with record delivery time of 30 days (103 stores). Designed the VM training manual and also did the training program for our sales staff across 4 cities on the proper utilization of SEL stationeries to take printouts on new SEL software at store level. Successfully reduced the cost for VM new store openings without compromising on the brand standards. Preparing store wise bubble diagram and visual plan for ordering the materials. Continuous R and D on new material / vendor base / cost reduction strategies. Preplanning and limiting of ad hoc expenditures. Identify new vendors and new materials for cost effective options. Created and enhance vendor relationships with the aim to back up during festival and high seasons.
