Started relationships with key suppliers and built new relationships with industry leading manufacturers and suppliers. Improving productivity by selecting some pilot projects for implementation of changes. Started a transparent system where information become freely available. Set up a new website. Replacement of archaic policies and procedures. Building trust among the managers by listening to their ideas and incorporating their suggestions into the change profile. | ||
