i am worried when see only a few opportunities at Dhaka, capital city of Bangladesh.....
For me its vary from country to country in regards the key ingredients is economic standard/system, political views, life standards of respective country.. In general private sector is the best one in terms of working condition...
Back bitting is such a tendency which creates a dangerous situation and again back biting found as Child rearing practices of an employee and many times cannot control though we give training on socialization..
The word and its aftermath use definitely called a "Tricky application" irrespective to position level. Coz..in our professional life from entry-highest level the concept of diplomacy are using...So just to say is only for senior level is types of...
Completely not.....For me its a sort of perceived idea or ideology as well as inferiority to have problem with female bosses..it the way how you are grabbing the situations under the female supervisor...
