Sourcing free profiles from Naukri.com database. Today , I came across the feature of searching resumes for free in Naukri. I could not believe it. I wanted to check if it is true or not. I tried calling Naukri call centre and asked them how come you give RESDEX for free ? The Customer service executive explained this feature. It was quite interesting and I got convinced . Probably , this feature is an old one but I noticed this only today. Anyways, if you are one like me , please read this . It would be helpful for you too. 1. Go to the home page of www.naukri.com 2. On the home page right side bar , scroll down to find a Box with a heading Recruiter 3. Inside the box , you can find 3 link...

What surprised me was that he mentioned that out of them around 80% are ‘difficult employees’. I wondered aloud what was his definition of a ‘difficult employee’. What he told me was interesting and forms the basis of this post. “In every department/organization there are few people who are arrogant, demeaning (to others), insubordinate, not trustworthy, (always) cribbing and unproductive. And these employees are a huge drain for an organization in terms of wasted time, re...

I think the term difficult employees should be used to those who don't have flexibility in their attitude. They suffer serious consequences.

Turn your passion into your Career just now i have seen this Blog on internet. 1. Opportunity lies in every difficulty. Own this concept. A bad attitude can be your worst enemy. It’s far too easy to feel defeated or depressed when things get difficult. You need to be your own biggest cheerleader, fire up your ambition to succeed and listen to you gut. If it’s telling you to get out of what you’re currently doing, or away from the path that you’re on now, listen carefully. Recognize the new opportunities presented by your challenges. They’re always in there. 2. Start by Tapping into Your Passion It’s there, whether you recognize it or not. We’re all passionate about something – even...
