As it is there is so much of it in existence in our society. Legalising it would ruin the society and attract more youth who would have otherwise abstained. |
Physical activities like excercize, gym or a longwalk can get you out of a bad mood. For married people, intimate moments with their partners can refresh the mood and relieve them of tensions. |
Should not target personal actions directly but should help youngsters change their mindset by counselling. The moment they become far sighted these habits would be curbed down. Make them realise that the money they are spending now can help them... |
