The basic problem that is seen with indian IT companies is not having a spent right amount of time for project management. If we do good project management we should be able to come up from these common mistakes. |
SLA needs to be agreed with the customer and based on that only off-shore team productivity will be measured |
Quality is key for any project success, We should never compromise on quality even in recession times also. If we miss quality because of tough times, we may loss existing customers also and that will be big problem. |
