मंजू बहुत अच्छी इंसान है उतनी अच्छी लेखिका भी है..मंजू के लिखे एक-एक लेख को मैंने बहुत बारीकी से पड़ा है..शब्दों को जैसे एक धागे में पिरो कर लिखती है..हर शब्द जैसे दिल की गहराईयों में उतरता जाता है | शब्दों का इतनी बारीकी से चुनाव करना, उनका सही उपयोग करना ये इन्हें बखूबी आता है | ..शब्दों के चुनाव में, विचारों में इतनी गहराई बहुत कम पढने या सुनने को मिलती है। मंजू की ये खूबी ही उसकी अपनी पहचान है।

मंजू की तुलना किसी से नहीं करूंगा और न ही मेरे पास तुलनात्मक शब्द हैं, फिर भी इतना जरूर कहूंगा, मंजू के लिखे एक-एक शब्द जेहन के भीतर से निकलते प्रतीत होते हैं। शब्दों की इतनी परख और विचारों में गहराई, विरले ही देखने/ सुनने को मिलती है। मंजू की यह खूबी ही उसकी, अपनी पहचान है। भरोसा है, यह पहचान माइल स्टोन बनेगी।
