IIPM (Indian Institute of Planning and Management) is not a university within the meaning of Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. IIPM does not have the right of conferring or granting degrees as specified by the UGC under Section 22(3) of the UGC Act. It is further clarified for information that IIPM is neither entitled to award MBA/BBA/BCA degree nor it is recognized by UGC, MHRD and AICTE. Still we see one whole page called IIPM Times in Times of India newspaper. Why?? Just because they can ay?? Aren't they fooling people by doing this. The aim behind this post is to make people aware about reality. All that glitters is not gold. Also see IIPM

Being a Apple iphone fan till date.....its quite amazing to see how the smartphone segment has shaped up all these days, especially android is stepping up and most of the mobile co 's are opting for android platform....And so for the first time I am coming up with an article favoring towards Andriod. The recent surveys done by top research firms like Gartner point to the growing popularity of the Android operating system (OS). Worldwide, the shares of Android OS have jumped and it is now the second most popular OS after Symbian, as per Gartner's third quarter smartphone data released in November 2010. The reason for the immense adoption of Android can be attributed to it being an open sourc...

move by the U.S. authorities justified? External Affairs Minister S M Krishna strongly condemned the reported forcible wearing of radio collars around the ankles of Indian students in the Tri-Valley University in U.S. and demanded severe action against those responsible for the 'inhuman act'. 'We demand the U.S. government initiate severe action against those officials responsible for this inhuman act. Indian students are not criminals. The radio collars should immediately be removed,' he told reporters here. 'The Ministry will extend all help to the students. 'The parents need not worry since the matter has been taken up with appropriate authorities,' he said. The government would also pr...
