	General Excavation can be carried out without any obstruction as it is being a open portion or bulk excavation resulting more output hence the rate shal be less. Where as, in case of trenches, there will be limitations to proceed the work such as...

	No rates have been given for both the items so no comparison. if both the items are carried manually Earthwork(EW) in trenches will be costlier that general EW becuase in treches working area is ristricted and in general excavation working area...
