for most of my project SQL Server 2008 provide the best performance for big data
Manoj Paul  |  Argues in support of  |  3 years ago
According to me Microsoft SQL Server 2008 outperforms MySQL as a database platform in all business-critical areas, where it provides a large resource network, industry leading performance and enterprise ready scalability, the highest level of...
Dennis Aries  |  Argues in support of  "SQL SERVER 2008"  |  2 years ago
There is very little difference in performance in the two of them. MySQL performs better on the Unix/Linux-platform and improves when 64bit-OS is used. Thanks to the database-structure, the isn't that much CPU needed for accessing the database....

1 Failing to Estimate Time Accurately
2 Because the project didn't have any goal
Amit Singhai  |  Supported idea  "Failing to Estimate Time Accurately"  |  3 years ago
If you want to estimate the time accurately pay attention to the complexity of each project and allow time for internal meetings, and also understand the problems to be solved.
Manoj Paul  |  Added idea  "Failing to Estimate Time Accurately"  |  3 years ago
Failing to estimate time accurately might have lead to delay as time estimates drive the setting of deadlines for delivery of projects. If time required to complete the design is underestimated, the deadline will be missed.

 CMOS
Sameer Joshi  |  Argues in support of  "CMOS"  |  3 years ago
At the small level, in some respects CMOS is better than CCD. The biggest problem is getting the information off of the CMOS. The engineers just cant get the information off of the chip fast enough.
Manoj Paul  |  Argues in support of  "CCD"  |  3 years ago
I have read a lot about CCD and CMOS. Every where I found that CCD is giving high quality image than CMOS feature which gives low quality image. I am confused about this. So what you think, please explain...

To be precise, it must be pointed out that the mapping from BPMN to BPEL described in the BPMN spec is incomplete. The mapping presented in the BPMN spec focuses on models that have a structured topology (e.g. every parallel split gateway has a...

After evaluating the company’s key capabilities, strengths and weaknesses, the next step is to start evaluating opportunities in promising export markets. It involves the screening of large lists of countries in order to arrive at a short list of four to five. The shorting method should be done on the basis of various political, economic and cultural factors that will potentially affect export operations in chosen market. Some factors to consider include: Geographical Factors Country, state, region, Time zones, Urban/rural location logistical considerations e.g. freight and distribution channels Economic, Political, and Legal Environmental Factors Regulations including quarantine, Labelling...

The investment industry is experiencing an increasingly rapid pace of change in both the asset classes under management and the way in which they are traded. This creates a challenge not only for portfolio managers and traders, but also for the providers of trading systems and software applications. The buy-side order management system (OMS) must evolve to meet these challenges, and the future lies in fully cross-asset-class platforms that support traditional order management with the addition of broker-neutral execution management functions typically found in the execution management system (EMS). The search for fund performance in cyclical markets has been the spur to greater asset divers...

Six Sigma ensures about zero defects and delivering excellent quality:- A certified project management professional will have learned that change management refers to managing a change in scope. The Scope Change Management process comes into play when requirements are amended in the midst of a project. The PMBOK definition of change control includes identifying, documenting, approving or rejecting and controlling changes to the project baselines. Project Scope Control is “concerned with influencing the factors that create project scope changes and controlling the impact of those changes”. It’s no wonder that when you have an electric group of folks on a project team you may experience misco...
