Distribution of material should be planned in such a way that 1. Should see that minimum stock is maintained at thr outlet. 2. Proper display of the product. 3. Attending the complaint promptly. 4. Regular touch with top retailers.

Dear All give a thought why our kirana stores are surviving ? this are my personal thought , not meant to hurt someone. Reasons are 1) Excellent CRM without any computer or data saved, say your kirana fellow knows you very well and your daily needs . many times he reminds about the product we missed , may not possible in our supermarkets though our systems are equipped with such technology but who is bothered about it ? 2) Credit facility which he can provide to his customers , so very convinient of payment options , can ever imagine that our super markets will come up with such facilities . 3) Free home delivery , though our supermarkets offer home delivery but conditions apply, say del...

THE BRILLIANT FISHERMAN As King Parveez and Queen Shireen were sitting in their palace one day, a fisherman who was selling fresh fish was brought in front of them. King Parveez decided to buy a fish and gave the fisherman 4000 dirham for it. The fisherman was overjoyed. He thanked King Parveez and left. Queen Shireen turned to her husband in anger and scolded him for paying so much for a fish. King Parveez let her have her say but said that the fish was purchased and that there was nothing that could be done about it. However, the Queen was adamant and insisted that the fisherman be brought back. 'We will ask the fisherman about the gender of the fish,' she said. 'If he answers that it i...
