Accountabilities Functioning as overall Shift In-charge with direct responsibility in Alkyd, Resins / Polymers including Alkyd, Epoxy, Acrylic, Poly Urethene, Polyamides, etc and Primer Unit with production capacity of 1600 MT / month. Meeting OTIF production with improving productivity targets in the technical know how of DU PONT U.S.A. and formulating patents by Kansai Paints, Japan. Interacting with quality control, maintenance, electrical, IT, R/M stores, engineering, stores and dispatches stores departments. Controlling R/M, intermediates and finished product stock variance. Executing preventive maintenance and handling problems for Heat Exchangers (Shell and Tube / Plate and Frame), distillation units / stripper / different types of pumps, ball mills and heating / cooling / chilling units operation, etc. Raising MRP (Monthly Requirement Planning) of raw material to achieve OTIF targets. Responsible for monthly reporting regarding total production, equipment utilization and efficiency (OEE), daily productivity monitoring and recording, plan vs actual status, quality issues, etc. in a form of MIS to GM-Works. Working as per standards of TPM; working as active member of Manufacturing Excellence Journey, key person for CANDO / AET teams along with pillar team member for Kaizen / PM / EHS / FLL / Quality, etc. Attainments Worked under QS9000 standards and obtained In-house training of APQP, FMEA, SPC, etc. Holds the certificate of Internal Auditor for QS14000 and OHSAS Norms from Intertake Pvt. Ltd. Nominated for 6 months overseas training (AOTS Member) in KANSAI Paints, Japan. Successfully completed: 2 GB Projects / 2 GB Projects are going on. Internal auditor training by the external body for 5S and CANDO. Was the: Best Kaizen Winner. Highest KRA rated among 36 officers.
