Study on the horizontal merger of VODAFONE and HUTCH and the prevailing issue of tax arrangement of the new formed entity. Research study on Cash Management with emphasis on management of cash flow and importance of factoring services in an organization. Study through sample survey on Consumer behaviour towards purchase of Parle-G and Customer Retention by the Brand. Reported the factors affecting consumer decision across different cultures, age and income groups and the innovative methods adopted by the brand towards retaining their customers. Survey analysis of Customer Retention and Maintenance at Big Bazaar-Traced the various steps taken by the organization towards holding onto their customer base and also attracting new ones along with the consumer point of view.
