                    I got appointment as a chargeman Gr.I in the year 1986 and was posted in operation in 210MW BOILER side.My job was to supervise the auxialiaries like INDUCED DRAFT FANS,FORCED DRAFT FANS,PRIMARY AIR FANS,BOTTOM ASH  HOPPER-ASH REMOVAL SYSTEM,COAL MILLS(PULVERISERS) AND many more systems.All are most important auxiliaries of the 210 MW boiler.

Yediurappa has been retained as chief minister is justified in view of coming zilla and panchayat samittee elections there.
Better salary hike only can motivate employee to do good more work.It is evident from the data that most of the qualified engineers from asian or India migrates to united states or other europian countries due to better salary there only.
Old employees having allround experience only can do better than new employees.If old employee is treated with repect by employer he will definitely give his best to the job.
Better salary hike can only be better option to motivate the employee to do more & good quality work.
