Two years of experience in GSM 2G as DT Optimization and RF Survey Engineer working for operators like Aircel and Reliance on the payroll of Bhagyanagar Tele Infra Services Pvt. Ltd (Mar 2009 - Mar 2011). PROJECTS: 1. Worked as DT Optimization Engineer on Reliance project in ZTE (M.P) from Aug 2010 to Mar 2011. 2. Worked as DT Engineer on Aircel project in ZTE (UP) from Aug 2009 to Jul 2010. 3. Worked as RF Survey Engineer on Reliance project in ZTE (Maharashtra) from Mar 2009 to Jul 2009. PROJECT DETAILS: 2G GSM DRIVE TEST Client: Reliance Optimized Reliance sites in various cities of M.P because of the BTS swapping issue from Alkatel to ZTE. The activities included call testing @night activity, GPRS test to check RLC throughput, MMS test, SMS test, etc. Performed drive tests and analyzed RF drive test data to evaluate network performance such as poor coverage, quality patches, handover failure, and missing neighbor. Performed Post cluster drive and cluster data drive in Jabalpur, Indore cities. Analyzed drive plots and log files of different sites and created a plan to overcome those issues which are collected in log files. Optimized the network to minimize call drops and RF interference in the network and to increase the indoor and outdoor coverage and call quality. Client: Aircel Optimized Aircel new and existing sites in various cities of U.P west. Train drive from Kotdwar to Nazibabad and from Ghaziabad to Dehradoon. Performed Pre/Post cluster drive and highway drive in various cities in U.P west. Analyzed the processed data and optimized the network by making required changes such as change in orientation of antennas, tilt the antenna, height adjustment of antenna, etc. Generating Coverage plots, C/I plots, Rx Quality plot and reports generation for the customer presentation. Created PowerPoint presentation and generated reports using TEMS investigation post.
