Hi Mohit It is very good article. well i think if the sales person also focuss on TCO which include after sales support.
Its a catch 22 situation but one need to understand first, how much revenue has been generated from existing customer second, what is the potential that more revenue can be generated. If this is sizeable amount then one should focus existing customers...
some of these would be1)not segmenting your target market 2) knowing customer business 3) obejective of cold calling should be to get meeting, one should not pursuade suspect to purchase the product/solution. 4) the sales pitch is to be hammered in...
