We are anys ways late , other countries change or alter rules of judiciary and implement it with more than 98% accuracy we haev a long way to go It si high tiem we do soem changes, thsi will solve 25% corruption and red tapism in our country

Yes i agree with Gopal here that one should stand up against anti-social elements, and this will happen only when ppl change their attitude towards those things, one can't leave every thing for the system or the government to take care, infact...

The task of strenghtening has to be done from the grass root level i.e. from the trial courts onwards, where the cause of action is first presented. it is from there the judicial officers have to be more proactive in their official capacities.this...
