Mridul K P belongs to a whole new generation of Civil Engineers, people who are just not satisfied by the theory that they got in their academic years, who are always exploring the new possibilities and developments around them. Personally I have always felt that Mridul, who was my junior, is very hard working and enthusiastic person and is very keen about the latest technologies. He has a built in desire to explore and pursue the un-known and is a natural leader, who just don’t want to lead a group, but instead want to work hand in hand, which in the industry is a desirable quality. He inspires people around him by taking proper initiatives. One of the other note worthy quality of this young and budding Engineer is his problem solving abilities. Be it any kind of problem or situation, he has a certain way of analysing and evaluating the problem that often produces a very unique way of viewing the problem and leads to a whole new way of solving the problem. Personally I believe that Mridul has all the desired quantities of becoming a very productive Engineer and I wish him all the best wishes for the same.
