Is a leading international supplier of leather products to all the plants of Louis Vuitton. As a development partner within the leather industry we manufacture a comprehensive spectrum of products for Sandimas, St Flaurance, Arco, Aahrus etc. Turnover of the plant is about 500 crores annually. They recently developed cluster for international brand names Reebok and Gucci. SALARY Current CTC : 15000/- Expected CTC : 20000/- JOB PROFILES UNDER TAKEN Planning, determining, coordinating and controlling the processes related to the production. Currently managing a team of almost 50 persons. Maintaining SQC boards and preparing production reports on daily basis. Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within production team. Responsible for all the issues related to any kind of delay in production and dispatch. Implementing project schedules and plans in a timely effective manner. Directing the production team members and introducing efficient methods of production at production lines. Rejection analysis and reduction of line rejection. 9) Planning t Planning the man power management. 10) Motivating the workers to work as per 5S systems. 11) Identifying risk mitigation actions and risks. 12) Responsible for all the issues related to productivity he man power management. | ||
