Yes teachers are paid less, we need to increase their pay scale equal to other fields..... They are the foundation for the other professionals people so they deserve it.....

I very much agree to your thoughts. I should say that women should never give up. If she has the capacity to handle many responsibilities at a time, than teach a lesson to the boss before leaving and also warn others for the same.

yeh watever happens,one shld speak up and stand up for ones rights,no matter wat happens tomorrow but atleast one would be mentally free after speaking up..
