Mapping business requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing QMS processes in line with pre-set guidelines; spearheading process transition initiatives. Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize satisfaction level. Providing support to the Manufacturing facilities to achieve consistency in performance and reduce variation on continual basis by way of SPC tools i.e. DMIAC, A philosophy of 06 sigma approach. Ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters/systems as per defined guideline; maintaining the OEE Quality parameter above 0.95 since April-08 for Impregnation shop. Played a pivotal role in expansion of Impregnation facility and finalization the layout of the new upcoming facility and charted out the requirements for the new facilities. | ||
