I believe that Mr. Kalmadi is responsible for this mess. He was the chairman of the CWG committee all the mess that has happen was under his administration. So, I believe he is the main culprit.

I do feel that we lack project management skill and the right experience in Activity Scheduling. Too much of Political Interference and corruption. Lack dedication and commitment .
