I have worked women bossess. I have found them to be more competent, very knowledgable, more understanding and encouraging.

Women can never every be compared to men. Just check the ratio of boys and girls in IITs & IIMs.
Ravali  |  Argues in support of  "Yes"  |  1 year ago
I do. It has been seen that women are strong and fight tll the end. They have more determination and will power. This makes them do the impossible. When fear of society does not exist women become yet more stronger.

To solve a big problem we need to create a small problem with the same concept of the bigger problem. It requires imagination.

If you start at the low level, probably they will swindle the entire nation before it reaches the top. For Ex: Say suppose your a IAS officer and am working under you. Lets say that you collect bribes, now do you think I will keep quite. I too will...

Thanks Mr. Tekale for initiating this debate. By now, people of this country would have realized the intent of this Government. They are not so keen to bring in any tough "Anti-Corruption" mechanism, as they are deeply deluged in it! Anna Hazare...

I would go with comm skills and soft skills first, because as u go to attend some interview to fetch a job, interviewer do not know who you are, and there u r expected to project yourself in such a way that u r the only suitable person for that...

Communication skill might help a person to crack the interview but only the technical skill will help a person to grow in the entire journey.
Gargi Sinha  |  Argues in support of  "communication skills&softskills"  |  1 year ago
This is not the case only today this has been happening since long . Specially in MNCs. But the down side is that they give a strict training and they have strict exit policies.

Pragya Kothari  |  Argues in support of  "Waste of money"  |  1 year ago
Good initiative : Such projects are good for labour class as it gives them almost permanent job. As long as huge amount of money does not go in wrong hands and measures are taken to keep corruption away this will do some good to our country.

MANISHA MANSATA  |  Argues in support of  "Online market should evolve"  |  6 months ago
Most of the time Online shopping is convenient, time saving and money saving method. In India, its not much popular but I hope once people cm across with it they start online shopping.
Muralidharan Ramakumar  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
When the online market is evolving its demerits will vanish. When it is established we can have a foolproof system. In India it should be regulated by a Government agent.
Purvi Ghosh  |  Argues in support of  "Online market should evolve"  |  1 year ago
Sometimes it good to order online and if we ahve sufficient and easily available options we would definitely look it. Like I love to go to the market and find the book I want to read and buy it hen but I was happy to find few books on flickart...

Due to the advent of 20-20, test cricket(5 days game) is becoming less view. Do you think we should stop it and conduct only 50overs and 20overs?
Santosh Kumar Mohanty  |  Answered  |  1 year ago
Test cricket should be stopped.
Rahul Mishra  |  Answered  |  1 year ago
I believe Test cricket is the only cricket in true sense rest of the forms, like 20-20 is just Baseballised version of cricket. I have no doubt that the purest form of cricket will never die but I have serious questions about one dayers ability...
Suresh KP  |  Answered  |  1 year ago
I agree that all forms of cricket are basically time pass and should be played when we have nothing else to do,main concentration should be on Olympic sports, let's not forget that cricket's not the most popular game, even in England, where the...

No! It would be unfair. Loan can be taken by any student of any college.. Such bias behavior would lead to lot of problems. It depends on individual and not on college so such classification would be unfair.
