I don't think it is in the blood, but it is the tendency of Inidians to suffer silently helps the people to get quick bucks in terms of bribes. The politicians cannot bring the law to curb corruption since they are the most corrupt among all. |
If they are put to use, these toilet bags themselves will become a nuisance. Construction of public toilets with adequate water supply is the only solutions |
More mobile phones - indiates growth of income in people becaus of their hard work Less toilets - indicates failure of Govt by not providing adequate amenities for people |
In the Cities where the huge development has already taken place by the side of the road, Metro is the only option. Though the initial cost is huge, it gives better returns in long run. |
