Are organisations turning in more to fulfill their recruitment needs? Yes i think. While reasons are mulitifarious, the most important is the fact that vendors offer very little by way of value add in hiring. Despite tall claims when they pitch for any client - stating the intent to be strategic partners in recruitment - a whole lot of firms are just in a rat race to send profiles that may not even close to what the job is meant to be.
