I agree.One has to draw a line between personal and professional life.Today most of the youngsters loose sight of this aspect and end up with stress related problems.Work life balance needs to be addressed with genuine concern by all concerned.
Divesity brings in best of abilities.Each gender,region, class has its own potential.A leader has to understand the capabilites and deploy to get best results.
I feel the initial session has to be informal to put the candidate at ease and get maximum inputs on inner qualities.The later part of session has to be on a structured format to get relevant inputs to match the role.
