We need to invest in right kind of training and upskilling.Today nobody has the time and patience for quality training |
Lack of role clarity Many a time Managers get carried away by communication skills of candidates For middle and senior level the interview has to be structured Organisations look for outside talent rather than grooming in house talent Interview... |
I agree. One has to draw a line between personal and professional life.Today most of the youngsters loose sight of this aspect and end up with stress related problems.Work life balance needs to be addressed with genuine concern by all concerned. |
Divesity brings in best of abilities. Each gender, region, class has its own potential.A leader has to understand the capabilites and deploy to get best results. |
I feel the initial session has to be informal to put the candidate at ease and get maximum inputs on inner qualities. The later part of session has to be on a structured format to get relevant inputs to match the role. |
