Hi, If you complete the SAP HR functional training in SIMENS or in any SAP certified institution you will be treated as a fresher in SAP HR. As of now the demand for SAP professional is slowly increasing.

Siemens and Genovate for SAP Certifications, it would cost around 3 to 4 lakhs...they would provide you with Certification and also inform you about the SAP Openings. SQL Star is also there for Oracle training and Certifications.

In other words I could say SAP has extreme integration between other modules. Now SAP has ESS and MSS service which will enable the users to access the portal anywhere.

sap hr won't work ....effectively..on it's own.. we need an eclectic mix of automated module and manual application/s.. by the way .. people soft is better than sap - hr..
