Actually not as a HR jobs all jobs are hard to find even as a foreman job...its a logic behind there whenever you try hard to find a you will realise your responsibilities behind your job. even though some exeptional are there... so be confiedent and... |
I disagree with this point because everyone must have a subject knowledge and by the use of this knowledge implement lot of ideas and the experience  which will leads to innovation of new things.......Thus i feel only subject knowledge is not enough... |
