Presently working as Branch MANAGER (M. M. Scale II), Mangalore since May 2006 Manage all branch operations. Plan marketing and advertising strategies targeting and developing new accounts, bringing more businesses and greater economic support to the locality. Expand customer base through a variety of effective promotion techniques. Oversee business development. Maintain daily records of the branch. Design and implement effective training program for branch employees. CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS Won Best Branch Award for more than 5 times. Converted Kagal Branch into Best Performing Branch. 290% Growth in Deposit Mobilization in Mangalore Branch in 16 months i.e. after taking charge from 19/5/2006 To TILL. Achieved no. 1 position among other branches and earned Rs. 60+ lakh profit per year during 7 years tenure in main branch Kumta. NPA level was maintained below 7%. Increased branch transaction 4 times from Rs. 6 crores, staff productivity increased from Rs. 0.72 crore to Rs. 2.4 crore. Awarded 1st place for mobilising low cost deposit. No. 1 branch in non fund based business. No.1 branch having highest number of cash credit accounts (nearly 190). No. 1 in mobilising NRI accounts and retaining that amount for past 3 years. Introduced Self Help groups in Kumta. Recognised as key resource person in micro credit and SHG at various level including Bank, NGO, Line department. Mangalore branch has won NO. 1 in deposit mobilization campaign. In Mangalore under financial inclusion of RBI, responsible for more than 1500 new customer accounts opened within 3 month. A new pilot project JLG (Joint Liability Group) is being implemented in Mangalore only in my Branch. Only few centers have been selected by the NABARD in the country. Resource person for Self Help group training programme. Implemented new concept of joint liability group as a pilot project. Supported financing 150 Self Help group with recovery of 98%.
