Power of TooStep Networking: TooStep Members Meet

This community is all about planning & organizing this TooStep members Meet. Discuss here all the activities required to organize such an event. Let us all contribute & make this event a mega success........

Activities proposed by Mr. Raghu Kastury. Let us make it happen:

1. Invite all your contacts to this community

2. Agenda preparation

3. Location finalisation & Dates confirmation

4. Place for meetings and accommodation for staying to be arranged

5. Personal Identification systems to be defined and announced so that we all can be easily identified

6. Communicate to all those participants through mail and send invitations with necessariy details

7. Get attendance confirmation, make bookings accordingly for boarding and lodging

8. Identify speakers, entertainers and other anchors as per the agenda

9. Identify team and initiate actions

10. Team - 2 organisers (one for arranging the venue, accommodation, menu etc, and the other for collecting the presentations, compiling addresses for communications and administration work) 1 accountant (who collects and manages the funds and finally submits the accounts in the last session)

11. Approach one well know personality in the Indian management industry (As the event will be held at Bombay) and request for an hour's talk on a specific subject say - "How the corporates in India should use the social networks in identifying the true talent or obtaining the correct referrals".

12. If possible invite some of the media to cover the event.

Advise on this action items and let us start working on them.........
