Hey.. This is something which people do not know. Even in Text books it is presented as it was mistake done by the company. People should know about these facts as well.
Maintaining the records according to the number of patient.
Till the date, hospitals has been like family hospital. If the hospitals actually work out the things and make more professional, then it would be easy. Eg: Going for the Quality Control Implementations, use quality material which at the end saves cost.
Customer of healthcare industry is a human being. Any service given with human touch will make the positive difference. If an organisation completes all demands of the customer, without human touch then it will be of no use.
Yes! Drs can run the hospital business, but then they have to focus on only management and not actual work they are meant to be... but.. its again a person's choice
