Whenever we talk about the delay in Courts and the solution, many will be in dilemma as to how to deal with this issue comprehensively.  The issues highlighted by many, including public, professionals and the eminent judges, in my opinion, on legal reforms are as follows:   We do not have adequate number of Courts and judges.   There is no adequate funding for creating sufficient facilities in the legal system.   The procedure in Courts is too technical.   Appointments are not based on merit and there is favoritism and political influence too in the course.    No accountability on the part of the judges.   Standards in profession are degrading and we need to concentrate on legal education. ...

We all are talking about these facts are not unknown but the main thing is that what we are doing to remove them whether we are fighting or not or we are also the part of them. What is correct or not is only the issue of our minds.

A read this beautiful book 'To kill a mocking bird'.. I was taken back with what the situation was.. Now things are quite better but still racism still exists.. Bangalore too has been stamped as a racist place where south africans are not allowed at certain hang out places.. I have seen colour discrimination around me too. Many a times this happens. What is the root cause here?? No one learns things before birth. It is all that he sees around himself that makes him a person her is.. It comes from parents and people around. Children are flawless, they d not discriminate on their own... All those who will be parents in future and those who will be grand father and grand mothers should take th...

Ratan Tata's purported remarks expressing surprise at fellow industrialist Mukesh Ambani living in a billion-dollar mansion in Mumbai has sparked off a controversy today. Well it is his house and his moeny in first place and then why to give any statement which may end u in some controversy? The Tata group Chairman was quoted by London's Times newspaper as having said, 'It makes me wonder why someone would do that. That's what revolutions are made of. The person who lives in there should be concerned about what he sees around him and [asking] can he make a difference. He added that this country needs people to allocate some of their enormous wealth to finding ways of mitigating the hardship...

Baba Ramdev announced fast unto death from June 4 in New Delhi to demand capital punishment for corrupt officials and recovery of black money stashed away in Swiss banks by Indian politicians and businessmen. Ramdev said that names of all foreign bank account holders should be made public and high denomination currency notes like of 500 and 1,000 be banned. His supporters in India and abroad will join him in New Delhi. He will also write a letter to the Prime Minister. He added that he wont be entering into politics but will take part in active politics. So what will this lead to? Removal of corruption?? Let us wait and watch...

There are many different outer reasons for conflict; but, the source of conflict always begins in the human mind. If we do not have peace of mind, conflict in the outer world is inevitable. These are often the inner reasons for outer conflict. 1. Superiority It is the ego that separates and divides. It is the ego that gives us feelings of inferiority and superiority. When we have feelings of superiority, we wish to assert our supremacy over others. We feel justified in seeking to change / enlighten / improve other people. It is these concepts which are often at the source of conflict. Because we feel our way of life and beliefs are better than others, we desire to convert others to our way ...

A new era of new writers is here. But what are they penning down? Many IITians have published their love stories and following there steps it is Ritwik a 15 yr old who too has penned down his love story!! Litereature and art are way too deeper tehn these stories aren't they? If we go to a book shop we will find so many .. so many books about anything and everything. Today everyone wants to be a writer. I predict that after 10 years from now evry couple will be willing to publish their love story and then there will be no one to read it! We need authors who write serious and beautiful stuff. The current trend needs to be changed. Do you share the same feelings as me ? What is your opinion?
