there are many such b- schools where they give an opportunity for out going students to work in an NGO , if they do so the fees whatever is paid by the students before joining b-school that will be refunded to them twice so why we need to motivate...

Mr Paul I agree with you...the PDS has failed due to the bureaucrats. They are the one's  who are behind the scene. But these bureaucrats are backed by the evil ministers their policies. So, both are helping each other eating public money......
