Instrumental in the formulation of the Credit screen, Operational, Receivables & Disbursement platform. Drove SEP- SME Vertical business PAN India from Nopvember’08 to Jan’09, both sales and collection. Monitored collection of 0-5 bucket PAN India portfolio of the SME- Retail merged vertical from Jan’09. Monitored NPA and critical accounts and Repo Sale for March F.Y ending, reporting into the SME BH. May’09 onwards handling the Manufacturer Relationship and centrally supporting the SREI Partnership Week. Formulating the schemes for finance under SPW and driving manufacturer Tie-ups. Have negotiated and supported the Manufacturer Tie –ups with around 30 manufacturers. Coordinating pipelines, approvals, payments and other issues of the Manufacturer Pan India.
