Air India has many areas to improve, especially customer service. Even though the airline has a firm objective to stick on to this, the approach of many employees of AI is terribly inappropriate. I think this has had a bad image on AI's reputation.

1) High Class Infrastructure within the trains, which should be affordable to common ppl. 2) Good Seurity System at railway platforms, as we are more prone to terror attacks.

We need high speed trains which can travel the length and breadth of India in shorter duration. Railways being costeffective and accessable to the common man, it should also be modernized.
