My argument is govt should give reservation for the people who can just atleast one hand for the growth nof nation if ot two hands, but not like now, Govt is giving reservation for the sake of votes for the people who doesnot have hand to support...

It is due to lack of proper technical education of aviation industry. Also most of the colleges have scarcity of eligible staff so this industry have no choice than closing such positions for Indians hire a competent candidate from other country.
