If we can identify the talent and make an effort to retain it, organizational profits grow further. Remember Peter's Principle? Each person is talented upto a level, we can not use him beyond his capacity levels.

I know for that matter Organizational profits are a priority for most of the CEO's. Today almost 50% of his working hours are spent in creation of a talent pool, growing it, strategic recruitment, retention and evaluating training opportunities....
