To ensure Standard Financial and Accounting Procedures laid down in LEPRA Societies Financial Systems and Procedures Manual are complied across the LEPRA Society. Planning the flow of Funds / Grants receivable from various donors and their disbursal. Funding pattern varies from Donor to donor and for smooth functioning of the projects proper fund management needs to be done. Managing all the Income Tax related works of LEPRA Society (renewal of exemption certificates under various IT Act, filing of Annual returns, filing of TDS Returns etc.) Guide and support the programmes staff in
preparation of Budgets and Forecasts. Quarterly and monthly analysis of the reports submitted by various projects relating to different donors. The analysis is focused on the spending pattern and the request made for the next quarter | ||
