my experience is not very good on 'on line shopping" you can not check the quality and other physical features and also trials. also it is a time consuming exercise.

Ten ways to great health “The foundation of good health is good nutrition. We are in the era of 'preventive therapy '. And that is not only better than cure; it is also cheaper and healthier . 1. Watch your eating patterns Eat a wide variety of foods and instead of eating thrice a day, eat five times but reduce the quantity. Avoid feasting and fasting. 2. Eat smaller portions Order small portions and share. At restaurants, reduce the temptation to clean your plate by setting aside one-third of your meal before you touch it. Once in a while enjoy small portions of your favourite high calorie foods so that you don't get frustrated and end up binging. 3. Modify your lifestyle Don't nap during ...

In the early 1980s I was trundling along on a New York subway with a colleague when he suddenly said, “14, 18, 23, 28, 34. What is the next number in this series?” For the next ten minutes I manfully tried to figure out the mathematical relationship among these numbers. Finally, as we stepped off the subway I admitted I was stumped. My colleague, with a devilish grin, merely pointed at 42 emblazoned on the wall of the subway station. We had just travelled from 14 th to 42 nd Street, and it had never occurred to me that the answer was a stop on the subway. I had been so locked into the assumption that numerical problems had mathematical solutions that I failed to notice the answer staring at...

Whether these changes are good or bad depends in part on how we adapt to them. But, ready or not - this is applicable even to India where all the below are catchiing on very fast.  Here they come 1. The  Post Office .   Get ready to imagine a world without the post office.  They are so deeply in financial trouble that there is probably no way to sustain it long term.  Email, Fed Ex, and UPS have just about wiped out the minimum revenue needed to keep the post office alive.  Most of your mail every day is junk mail and bills. 2. The Check.     Britain is already laying the groundwork to do away with checks by 2018.  It costs the financial system billions of dollars a year to process checks. ...
