Dear members, Here i would like to rais the topic that i faced when started working in my own state Orissa. I found 95% of the corporate using the local language  for there professional communication. Few are using Hindi too. Use of English for internal or external communication is very rare. I would like to know your view about this.  Please reply

HR is divided into several units. I would suggest you to see where you can fit yourself and then try to gain specialisation around that field....
