In many ways, a manager has to be a leader, so therefore a manager will have many of the traits that a leader does. However, I feel the term 'manager' applies primarily to business, it's in a manager's best interest to lead his co-workers effectively, encouraging them to achieve their goals and targets. In my experience, a leader is more of a social thing; more associated with team work, too. Go to Discussion http://lnkd.in/wUJe5E

Be a good leader rather than boss, Every thing is behind you ..Sure will come

As per me when a manager gets success nd results , he/she became a leader in future.

The difference between Manager and Leader is Simple. Manager says "Go!" Leader says "Let's Go!" That's all.

I just got my weekly mailer and the top three news were all about lay-offs. So I typed lay-off news on google and got a shocking long list of lay-offs.  D o you think lay-offs are back?
sanjay dey  |  Answered  |  8 months ago
Lay-offs happen only when you don't have business. In Kolkata I am seeing many big companies shutting their doors. The reason is poor business. I don't know the scenerio of the other states of India, but this is happening in our state.

To cut costs and decrease expenditure across several companies they may lay off some top executives which is very hard to exceaptable.

The middle class is soundly rooted to the ground reality. Infact it is this segment that has not been swayed by factors like business interests, caste, religion & language. This is precisely why the middle-class is such a potent force in the...
