the answer to the question is very simple,the employer need to be certified ohsas 18001 code.Where the employer will follow the certification reqiurements.Very strongly recommeded for passing information,instruction and training to their employees.Top managements are commited to follow the plan,procedure and continue improvment of the exixting system. let us all give more support to hse.
