A Hotel Management professional from GIHM, Dehradun, India (1983 - 1986); have served in some of the leading hotels from 1986 to 1994. Subsequently took freelance assignments in Hotel Education such as course material development, visiting faculty, examiner with different institutions and universities. Took assignments for residential conference management. Successfully placed appropriate professionals in various hotels across India. As an effort for continued development, completed Masters degree in Tourism Management.

Being a systems oriented person obtained education about ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and started practicing in 2001. A qualified lead auditor for ISO 9001:2000 certified by Nigel Bauer & Associates, UK, now pursuing independent consultancy, training and auditing assignments as a Management Consultant.

Absolutely correct. One needs to find out what makes the customer satisfied customer needs and requirement may vary. Listening to the customer will help provide better customer experience and also in bringing improvements in product and services.
